SPEED NET MODULE DELIVERY SLIP PRINTING ERROR AND SOLUTION

While Printing Speed Post Articles Delivery Slip it may shows the following error messages
Error - Path/ File access error 
 Problem getting printer information from the system. Make sure the printer is set up correctly.
 Sections do not fit vertically on the page.

Solution for the above issue:

Regarding the errors "Error - Path/File access error", "Problem getting printer information from the system. Make sure the printer is set up correctly." and "Sections do not fit vertically on the page", please find the following for information and necessary action: Proper configuration of Printer is required in respective Client / Server machine. Now, please do the following and check: 1) Log out of the SpeedNet application in respective machine. 
2) Remove all printers installed in respective machine. 
3) Install the Printer to appropriate port properly. 
4) Register "PrinterPorts.dll", which is available in SpeedNet folder of respective machine. 
5) Install and configure the printer with original driver in respective machine. 
6) Share the Printer with proper permissions to all users. 
7) In SpeedNet, use Operator --> Tools --> Configure Printer option --> Select the appropriate option (i.e., Local / Network / USB) and select the Printer to complete the configuration. 

Then Test the Printer. If problem still persists, then please send the steps followed in detail along with screenshot, if possible.
