EMS CLIENT : SPEED NET COMMUNICATION ISSUES AND SOLUTION

Some B and C class offices are experiencing Speednet communication issues. COD data also pending. 

Solution

1. Check if symantec is updated
2. Run a full scan
3. Restart the machine
4. If there is a transcheck.txt file in TXD folder in EMSClient folder, delete it.
5. Add following hosts entry

103.244.127.226 speednetmsg.ptcmysore.gov.in

(Hosts entry help. Open C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file in notepad. Add the above line. IP address and URL name should be separated by a tab. Click->file->save. Close the file. Now run Speed Net Communication Module which is EMS Client.)
